FEE SCHEDULE (Effective Aug. 1, 2008)
The following fee schedule is based upon average quality homes compatible with
the neighbourhood.
For custom quality and large homes, e.g. Uplands, Broadmead, etc., and/or waterfront,
large and subdivideable or acreage/ farm properties, an appropriate fee, based
on time, may be charged.
GST is applicable and should be added to the fees noted below.
We accept Visa and Mastercard.
